Recruitment of all non-exempt employees including Customer Service and Sales Representatives and Collections Representatives; Administer pre-employment testing for all non-exempt applicants; Conduct and Rescind offers; Coordinate all new hire paperwork; Performed background investigations and drug testing in accordance with FDIC regulations, and set up and maintained confidential employment files; Aided in facility closure in New Orleans and Houston, successfully relocated personnel; Performed new employee orientations and administered the company benefit plans; Scheduled first and second interviews, greeted and prepared candidates for interview; Recruited candidates via employment database, advertising, job fairs, Internet, industry networking, and referrals.

Responsible for managing the benefits of over 300 employees; Help with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and employee retention; Handle and respond to employment verifications, TWC complaints, employment/company disputes and assist with employee personnel issues as they arise; Responsible for the payroll of 90 employees who are on an hourly base with both commissions and bonus structure; Assisted with compiling data and writing the New Employee handbook.
