As a Client Service Manager my sole job function includes providing my clients with world class service by providing accurate and efficient compliance reporing, daily cash forecasting, and serving as Trustee to multi-million dollar Collateralized Loan Obligations. I use my knowledge and skills to help my clients by utlizing data gathering, market research, and ensuring their underlying investors are being compensated promptly and accurately every quarter. I utilize my proficient knowledge of complex document analysis such as Loan and Bond Indentures to not only ensure my clients are being compliant with their obligations to federal regulations but also their investors and are acting in everyones best interests. My daily activities can include but not be limited to trade instructing and execution of fixed income and debt instruments, wiring of domestic and foreign currency, instructing and executing foreign exchanges, providing position reports and reconciliations at clients requests, and proving monthly and quarterly compliance reporting for my clients and their underlying investors. I am also responsible for working with external auditors such as Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse Coopers, internal and external legal counsel, utilizing the Depository Trust Company and Bloomberg for financial research, and making quarterly principal and interest distributions to each tranche of note-holder / investors based upon agreed upon rates of return and in conjunction with a 3 month LIBOR rate. My daily activities can change by the minute and I work effectively with my team of five peers whom we share three major clients servicing over 60 funds providing world class service by establishing and maintaining a healthy working relationship with all parties involved.

I was soley responsible for the daily account reconciliations of cash and assets under management for a group of clients that my team handled from a client servicing perspective. I worked on a daily basis with equity securities, fixed income bonds, derivatives, and general cash management. I provided client service in a Middle Office capacity for several Investment Managers assisting with cash reconciliations and cash projections of investable proceeds, principal and income investigations, foreign exchange processing, and aiding in the settlements of trading activity with other departments within our Asset Servicing sector of BNY Mellon. I would also serve as a senior member of my team and was utilized to not only perform my duties but to train and mentor co-workers on our various business relationships and job functions. Another aspect of my position was to run nightly Net Asset Valuations for our clients that would include waiting for all bond and stock markets to close and release closing and bid pricing through several pricing vendors including but not limited to Bloomberg and Interactive Data Company for all assets held within our portfolio's. We would then utilize this information and report market trends and performance of the funds that we serviced which included some very well known Fund Managers. We would be responsible for ensuring corporate actions were processed accurately and that all equity securities were receiving their respective dividends, ensure bonds were being paid down accurately and timely using the Depository Trust Company as paying agent to verify factors and payments were correct, and also conducting daily position reconciliations with the Back-Office counterparty to ensure our Investment Managers were trading with data that was of the highest level of integrity.
