I am a Certified Office Assistant with a passion for providing quality and efficient cleaning services in the hospital setting. I have been working as an Environmental Services Representative at Houston Methodist since August 2022, where I ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.In this role, I follow the policies and procedures of the hospital and adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and infection control. I also use my skills in customer service, data entry, and filing to support the administrative functions of the department. I obtained my certification in Office Admissions from Clearfield Job Corp in July 2017, where I learned how to develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other office software. I am motivated by problem-solving and delivering excellent service to customers and guests.
