I have experience in nearly every aspect of real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, workouts, creditor's rights, secured financing, and leasing. I am also well versed in related areas such as limited liability company (LLC) and partnership agreements, management agreements, 1031 tax-deferred structuring and reverse exchanges. In terms of industry areas, I have worked in a broad range of real estate industries, including office, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, retail and hospitality.My acquisition and disposition work has included properties with special challenges, such as environmentally-impacted properties and distressed properties. In leasing work, I represent landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail properties, including ground lease transactions. I have negotiated and drafted numerous operating agreements with investors, secured-financing agreements, construction agreements and development and property management agreements.
