Current• Responsible for all operations and performance of a U-Haul Truck and Storage Rental facility including the hiring, training and performance management of a team of 12 employees,• Responsible for driving sales and customer service; controlling expenses and payroll budgets,• Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotion activities and pricing of merchandise through communication with senior leadership and coaching of the Assistant Store Manager and associates,• Managing all aspects of a 270 unit storage facility, including leasing, collections, delinquency management, and storage room dispositions. Successfully maintained 95% average annual occupancy while reducing delinquencies since 2010.• Full responsibility for the Profit and Loss of the store including sales, personnel management and operational expenses.• Through the implementation and management of a proactive sales strategy including upselling and cross selling, I was successful increasing truck rental revenue by 55% and Gross Profit by 32% since 2010.• Successfully increased Hitch sales by 43%, Moving supply sales by 34% and storage revenue by 27% since 2010 • Awarded regional award for largest year over year increase in sales in 2013 and 2014.
