Master of a new 26m WFSV MMS Crusader an Incat Crowther design. starting of a new venture with a local company on a multipurpose windfarm vessel. Assisting the vessel operations manager in getting her ready for her first charter. Putting her through sea trials, DNV class and vessel audits and drydockings. The vessel can do cargo operations, fuelling, survey, dive support crew transfer and guard work. I also skipper there other work boats when required the Damen 2610. Windfarm sites inducted on while at MMS are Hornsea 1 & 2 and Race Bank. I am currently working on the MMS Crusader on Race Bank.

Rotterdam Area, Netherlands

Master of WFSV's operating Damen vessels and south boats. Working on the Gemini wind farm from Eemshaven. Duties include but not limited to all vessel management, close quarters manoeuvring on Jets and propulsion vessels. All engine servicing and safety first attitude while getting the job done to the clients requirements. I left this job to team up with MMS Renewables offshore on an exciting new venture.

Master of a WFSV General Masters duties, to maintain the safe and effective operation of the vessel. to lead by example and motivate all crew. Safety of all personnel while on board, to provide safety training and emergency drill, to Deal with clients and third party personnel, to operate the vessel safely when on offshore windfarm sites. make sure all engines and other auxiliaries are serviced and operational at all times and that planned maintenance is adhered to. Medical aid on board ship and other aspects of medical illness while on board, Make sure all charts publications and ECDIS are all kept up to date and other ships office work. make sure all cargo is secure and available manifest is seen before cargo is loaded. to make sure all maintenance on deck is carried out to the vessels safe management system, to make sure all crew wear the appropriate PPE for the required job they are task to.

Master for Rix Sea Shuttle, I set up 3 of there new build vessels delivering them from the boat builders and passing them through various client audits for Rix first wind farm job, Before delivering them to there first charter on the Gwent Y Mor wind farm which was working 24 hour operations doing cable end pull ins. Again all aspects of Vessel management and maintenance sailing from Liverpool, Falmouth, Ramsgate and Hull.

Humber Estuary

Mate/Skipper on Rix bunker barges working in the river Humber, my duties where general maintenance of the vessel, LSA equipment, and loading and discharging of MGO in port and on the river. Whilst also taking watches and manoeuvring the vessel in and out of locks under the skippers discretion and signing and delivering the vessel bunker invoices. also under training for future Master.and filled in as engineer when required.

Humber Estuary.

Skipper of Pilot launch and survey launch, boarding and landing pilots in the busy Humber Estuary, often in very challenging conditions, worked as part of a team with Marine pilots and VTS Humber making sure the vessel reached there destination safely. I also surveyed the busy shipping lanes in the Humber and rivers Trent and Ouse with Multi beam sonar's and hydro graphic surveyors on boardI also worked on the Humber Sentinal buoy tendering vessel as Mate/AB when required.

Europe North Sea

I worked as AB on vessels such as Standby, Supply, AHT, Tugs, Dredgers, Oceanic Survey, and Ro pax Ferries, each vessel type requiring different deck skills and machinery operations, also part of bridge watch keeping duties.
