Champion of the Project Management Manual (P.M.M.) and Knowledge Owner for Project Management at Bombardier Aerospace.· Managed Core Project team member’s (6-12 Eng.) activities to execute the following :· Ensured P.M.M. is appropriately maintained and is reflective of current best practices aligned across 4 satellite sites globally for consistency of application.· Conducted Core oversight activities to ensure Business Unit (BU) awareness and compliance in complex and challenging environments. Optimized resources to prioritize requests across 3 new aircraft development programs running concurrently, globally.· Led Process and Tool standardization and improvement activities including the introduction of tactical tools using Agile techniques. As a change agent, championed the successful adoption across all users.· Introduced new guidelines and procedures to manage technical processes including Life limits, Serialization, Interchangeability which improved process integrity and provided higher quality standards.· Developed the “Knowledge Domain” plan on behalf of the Project Management community. Reached out to over 30 Project groups globally and captured best practices for over 100 activities.· Trained user community and championed usage of “Sharepoint” tool which provided instant online access to knowledge and ensured consistent and standard approach to Project Management across Bombardier Aerospace.

Led the Design team to close all development and certification activities for the new interior.

Created a project management team responsible to define Project Process and Tools. Guidelines provided foundation for delivering best practice for CSeries work package teams for each phase.· Developed phase readiness material and led the Supplier Workshops globally to align strategy and operationalization.· Led a cross functional team in development and coordination of the Program Requirement Documentation which was used to contract suppliers, to ensure consistency and quality· Created the Program Supplier Deliverables database. Transformed existing process into an industry leading system permitting Suppliers to access, complete and submit their work content into a secure online approval process.
