Utilized Taguchi methodology to improve quality results.Support function using techniques and responsibilities including: capability studies, experimental design, regression equations, cost analysis, mill capacity planning, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), PC based simulations, Customer contact for in-plant visits and designed of Quality Handbook.
