Current• Act as lead for management of e-commerce brand portfolio, driving sales and operations initiatives in B2B and B2C spaces.• Audit efficiency of sales processes through continuous improvements, reducing sales times and optimizing customer satisfaction.• Set and maintain pricing strategies, providing insights and purchasing direction based on identified trends.• Define and track KPI’s for sales and customer service teams, providing ownership interactive P&L reports and forecasting data.• Support and mentor sales and customer service teams, creating a collaborative environment to strengthen sales processes.• Identifying category trends and spearheading development of new brands and products, coordinating full go-to-market strategies.• Analyzing large merchandising and finance reports, coordinating brand initiatives in ecommerce to support continued growth.
