• Support and assist 5 account executives covering Chicago-land area, Wisconsin, & Iowa as the liaison between the Baxter sales team and customer accounts• Provide in service training for nurse managers and staff on Patient Support Systems product portfolio, including Smartbeds, surfaces and other medical devices• Organize negotiations to generate quotes for patient lift product sales• Seek new sales opportunities and call upon these customers to build customer base, relationships and business• Perform product demonstrations to hospital nursing staff for potential sale opportunities• Lead activities for installation of new products by conducting customer visits to assist with room set up and ensure the beds are set up and functioning properly • Actively participate in Baxter conference booths to show existing and potential customers the products, features and functionality

• Assist 50-80 Renal patients/nurses per day within Customer Service Pharmacy Operations on a variety of requests including order placement, order tracking, and customer inquiries.• Provide accurate, responsive, and efficient prescription processing, backorder fulfillment, shipping discrepancy resolution, customer returns and credits, adverse event reporting and privacy disclosures. • Manage aspects of prescription processing and order fulfillment following pharmacy law requirements. • Coordinate expedited emergency orders with Central Routing and Distribution across the US to ensure timely delivery of needed medical products.• Collaborate with other business functions to track and resolve service failures throughout the course of a day to guarantee customer satisfaction.• Exceeding key performance indicators including Adherence to schedule 93%, Order Accuracy 100% and Customer Satisfaction survey results of 100%. • Accountable for providing quality service to all external customers, patients, and Baxter team members. • Selected as Point of Contact (POC) for new hire training class to support new Customer Service agents with questions and guidance as they transition from training to the live call environment. • Selected as Hybrid agent for Center for Service support to assist and complete high volume of alternate shipment requests and COA requests.
