• Prepares 13-week cash forecasting and conducts variance analysis; maintains model and assumptions.
• Manage the monthly bank reconciliation process and ensure all cash entries are entered by various groups.
• Prepare and enter daily Treasury entries.
• Responsible for initiating ACH and wire payments as well as verifying vendor bank details.

• Accurate and efficient review/disclosure of all loans assigned for initial or revised disclosure in accordance with Bay Equity Policy, State, and Federal Regulations
• Provides oversight of inactive loans to ensure cancellations and declines are completed in a timely manner
• Input and/or update mortgage application fee information into the loan origination system.
• Verify the accuracy of data input of loan application prior to disclosing to the borrower.
