Coordinate and provide administrative assistance to facilitate the daily operations of the SLAMs program (Student Learning Advisor Mentors) at RMIT University.The main roles and challenges include:- Assisting the expansion of the mentoring program into a global network, establishing the foundations of the program in the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM)- Creation, supervision and maintenance of multiple live databases through google drive to collect, contain and coordinate data of over 500 academic mentors- Promoted the SLAMs programme using a variety of approaches which include; one on one interactions at special events such as university orientation events, presentations in large lecture halls, presentations in small tutorial classes and filming of promotional videos- Assisting in the development and refinement mentor recruitment processes which include invitations, registrations and training for mentors.- Assisting in the organization and execution of several key SLAMs events such as mentor training sessions, orientation events as well as gatherings- Monitoring of the SLAMs room on a daily basis ensuring the program is running smoothly on a daily basis, this includes ensuring mentors are meeting codes of conduct, matching students with relevant mentors, answering general questions from both mentors and students and arranging the room to ensure smooth and effective mentoring for multitudes of students.- Collaboration within a team of 6 coordinators to ensure tasks are completed to effectively and to the highest standards

Shared responsibility of a 30 man platoon and solely responsible for the leadership of a 7 man section through multiple military and civilian exercises which ranged from overseas training exercises to protection of key installations within Singapore
