Top of the Rock is a six-level observatory atop the Art Deco 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Occupying the 67th, 69th and 70th floors, the last of which is open-air, rather than bordered by safety glass, since it's set back from the edge. The observation deck offers 360-degree views of the New York City skyline for over three million visitors a year. The upper decks are 850 feet above street level. Views include some of the city’s most prominent landmarks from the Chrysler Building to the Brooklyn Bridge; from Central Park to the Hudson and East River. Before making your way to the top in less than a minute, on an elevator ride you’ll remember forever, especially if you look up as you go. You will have the chance to visit the Mezzanine Exhibit which is filled with fascinating photos, information, and artifacts, that walks you through the planning and creation of Rockefeller Center. A theatre provides a quick video on the history of NBC and Rockefeller Center. Along your journey you will also experience a one of a kind Swarovski crystal display exclusively designed for Top of the Rock, the Joie Chandelier which is made of 14,000 crystals. It soars 3 stories above the Grand Atrium lobby and when you look at it upside down, you’ll see it’s in the shape of 30 Rock. As well as the Radiance Wall which consists of glass panels, blown glass, crystal clusters, and fiber-optic lighting. And if you look closely you’ll find tiny crystal figurines and animals hidden within it.

The American Museum of Natural History is a natural history museum on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York City. In Theodore Roosevelt Park, across the street from Central Park, the museum complex comprises 26 interconnected buildings housing 45 permanent exhibition halls, in addition to a planetarium, IMAX and lecture theater and a library. The museum collections contain over 34 million specimens of plants, animals, fossils, minerals, rocks, meteorites, human remains, and human cultural artifacts, as well as specialized collections for frozen tissue and genomic and astrophysical data, of which only a small fraction can be displayed at any given time. The museum occupies more than 2 million square feet. AMNH has a full-time scientific staff of 225, sponsors over 120 special field expeditions each year, and averages about five million visits annually.
