An effective, knowledgeable, and experienced Physical Security and Safety Professional with a strong understanding of security industry best practices, as well as physical security program implementation and administration. Currently, I am manager of the Physical Security Program for SAFE Federal Credit Union. With combined, nearly 23 years in law enforcement and physical security professions, I have a vast array of experience in risk assessment and mitigation as well as organizational and personal security applications. I understand the importance of integrating effective security measures and equipment into the work environment in a way that will be accepted and utilized by employees, while not disrupting necessary business functions. I am an experienced public speaker, with an extensive background as an instructor with previous certifications from the US Department of Homeland Security, and the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. Additional areas of expertise include traffic safety, crime prevention, public information, active shooter response training, robbery prevention and response, among others. I also serve as an Associate Pastor in a local church, with more than nine years experience as a Minister.
