CurrentAnti Social Behaviour & Environmental Crime Case ManagementCo-ordination, monitoring, preparation, management and progression of casework for enforcement action in relation to both Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and Environmental Crime.Case Investigation of ASB and Environmental Crime using a range of preventative and enforcement measures to proactively contribute to reducing ASB and Environmental Crime and stabilising communities. Providing a focal point of contact and expertise within Community Services for cases of anti-social behaviour, environmental offences and community safety issues.Tackling the negative impact that ASB and Environmental Crime has on victims by providing advice and assistance and identifying vulnerable victims for further support.Working with both internal and external partners to take a multi-agency problem solving approach and provide flexible and innovative responses to changing priorities.Utilising IT systems to input casework data and ensure accurate recording and collation of information. Maintaining statistical information to enable performance monitoring and review.Assisting with the development and delivery of projects and initiatives to address community safety issues.Conversant with relevant legislation and developments in the law, in particular but not limited to, the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978, the Environmental Protection Act 1990, the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003, the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005, the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014, and the Unauthorised Deposit of Waste (fixed penalties) Regulations 2016. Highways Act 1980.Qualified as a drone pilot Dec 2021.
