 Responsible for keeping product flowing in a safe lean manner Perform regular audits of production line to ensure steady flow, minimizing downtime and defects Review quality risks and 7s opportunities  Six Sigma Lean Apprentice work with implementation of triggers and pull / demand systems, and visual Kanban systems Facilitate Kaizens with targets to improve cycle time and reduce WIP  Update metric charts on section GEMBA boards daily to show performance, section barriers and countermeasures in safety, quality, delivery and cost.  Conduct team meetings at the beginning of shifts with team members at GEMBA boards to review daily performance, key communications, job assignments and potential barriers for current shift. Lead, facilitate, and support process and project teams to improve efficiency and productivity with team members Work with leadership team to ensure operational goal are met and continuously improved within their perspective teams Monitor work of team members to ensure compliance with safety, quality and work instruction standards Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines including PPE, safe work behaviors, Job Safety Analysis. Quick thorough response to all hazards and incidents. Led and participated in cross-functional incident investigations
