•Work under general supervision of Chief, Regulatory Compliance receiving broad guidance covering the scope and objectives of the Army Medical Department Quality Assurance Credentials/Privileging Program. Independently exercises initiative and judgment in performing work in accordance with established policies and procedures.•Evaluates and acts on incoming reports on privileging,, credentialing, and Adverse Actions on active duty, reserve, National Guard, contract and civilian Army Medical Department providers.•Provide technical assistance and guidance to the MEDCOM staff regarding future enhancements and redesign of the CCQAS program which includes the Credentialing, Privileging, Adverse Action and Risk Management modules•Coordinates document retrieval and communications with the MEDCOM Staff Judge Advocate, major Medical commands (MEDCOMs), MTFs, DTFs, state licensing agencies and civilian healthcare organizations and the Department of Defense (DOD) on all adverse clinical privileging activity.•Receives adverse clinical privileging reports and reviews for completeness and compliance with regulations, procedures and policies•Served as the US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Credentialing and Privileging Manager assistant. Also served as assistant to the Branch Chief. Secondary staff officer and consultant for the Army Medical Department's (AMEDD) Credentialing, Privileging, and Adverse Actions Processes.•Reviews credentials packets and verifies information by contacting insurance companies, hospitals, licensing and medical boards, etc. by either fax, email, written, telephonic, or by internet.•Secondary administrator/technical advisor to the Chief, Regulatory Compliance Branch and Director, Quality Management Division, participates in the development and implementation of both long- and short-term policies and plans involving Credentialing, Privileging, and Adverse Actions

•Established and maintained stock, records, and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting and supply reports/ requisitions.• Maintained automated and manual accounting records, posts receipts and turn-ins, and performs dues-ins and dues-outs accounting.•Supervises handling, transportation, accountability, and distribution of military equipment.
