I am, at heart, an educator; I really love broadening my knowledge base and sharing the information I gather with other passionate peopleI enjoy nothing better than finding and sharing complex information with people in an easy to understand way and seeing that 'ah-ha' moment they experience when suddenly, it all makes sense. I’m sure it dives my kids nuts!!!Early on in my professional career, it was working with clients with complex foot and leg problems that cemented my love for biomechanics and orthotic therapy. Being able to explain the complex reasons for their foot and leg problems and hearing them say 'that makes sense' was amazing. AND, knowing that the help I could provide would have a massive, positive impact in their lives, well, who wouldn’t love doing that every day?Over the years, especially since becoming a business owner, I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with younger Podiatrists. It has been an amazing privilege to work with these passionate, knowledge-hungry young professionals and a steep learning curve for me as a business owner and mentor.Now, with my work in DigiOrth, I can share the skills and knowledge I have gained over the decades with a wider audience and help use digital technology in orthotic prescription, design and manufacture to help them get better, more consistent results for their clients.
