Engagement ManagerSun Microsystems 2005 - 2007On this 24 month assignment, Anthony led a sales program for Sun in pursuit of the British Columbia Provincial Laboratory Information Solution (PLIS) opportunity resulting in a CDN $150.0 million contract for Sun. Project ManagerSrm Data Migration Sep 2004 - Jan 2005Thi assignment involved acting as Project Manager for 3 Data Migration projects being managed as a group for the Ministry of Sustainable Resource Management. Reporting to the Project Steering Committee (including Gary Cooney, Director, Information Management Branch) and Elaine Dawson, Manager, Data Management Services, Anthony replaced another resource as Project Manager. The project involved coordinating a team of Ministry Headquarters' staff, regional staff and contractors to plan the approach for, schedule and execute a set of projects migrating geographic data from traditional GIS data stores to new GIS architectures. As the project manager, Anthony personally led and managed the team, developed plans, schedules, strategies, Steering Committee and Project Sponsor issue notes and decision frameworks, facilitated planning and strategy sessions, status reports and communications materials. In addition, Anthony worked with Ministry staff to conduct procurement activities including contract negotiations.Technologies included both client/server and web based solutions. The projects were challenged by a number of key issues related to the coordination and business vision of the regional GIS teams. Anthony was instrumental in raising these issues and developing strategies for their resolution. In addition to this management level consulting, Anthony also led the team in executing the assessment activities in determining target data for transition and then executing the data transition strategy and activities.

Senior Account ExecutiveBroadvision Inc Jan 2001 - Nov 2003Responsible for all accounts and business development in Western Canada, includes all aspects of strategic account management from opportunity identification to contract negotiation. Starting cold in the territory, in the midst of the greatest slowdown in software purchasing in history, closed CDN $1.5m+ in new license sales in the first 18 months.
