Opened and operated a branch for Eagle Nationwide Mortgage. I directed all aspects of branch operations on the wholesale and retail side to include staffing an office with Loan Officers, Account Executives, Processors and Underwriters, bookkeepers, appointment setters. Managing monthly P&L reports, weekly payroll and staffing up for campaigns to generate new business online, over the phone and in the field. On the retail side for the North Atlanta area we had to meet expectations of $40 million a month for new broker business from our Account Executives. Weekly sales meeting for Account Executives, individual marketing strategies and follow ups in person and over the phone with new broker account were some of the duties that I was responsible for on the retail side. Office monthly sales volume on average was $60 million with an overhead cost of $200k per month.
