In my role I perform a diverse range of administrative tasks pivotal to the onboarding of retailers onto IGA Shop Online and IGA Rewards. Executing these with precision and adherence to deadlines has contributed to the growth of these programs which now each have over 400 participating stores. Additionally, I provide support to various stakeholders including the marketing and campaign teams so that retailers are well set up to achieve sustained success.

Actioning around 80 emails and inbound calls per day from a wide range of corporate customers. These requests dealt with sensitive consumer credit information such as payment defaults, requiring a high level of diligence and accuracy. Adopting a renewed customer-focus, I contributed to a team that reduced its' SLA from over 30 days to 5 days.

Making a high volume of outbound calls, I educated the public on Meals on Wheels' important community work in order to secure donations and purchases into a charity raffle.

Working in affiliation with some of the largest wagering organisations in Australia to educate customers on the new and emerging technologies available to enhance their wagering experience. Utilising my sales and interpersonal skills, I secured new subscribers to our service and maintained rapport with existing customers.
