training new operators on simulators that consisted of Loader, Dozer Excavator , Dump Trucks, and Scrapers to familiarise them with the operation off controls within the equipment they would be using in real life a work environment and once they became formula with the controls it was my duty to take them and introduce them on to the real machines they where going to operate

one on one plant operator training ,Verify competency of new and existing employees all paper work involved with training, group training,being part of the safety team i was required to do audits, participate in and investigation of incidents within the workplace. I would build up a relationships with supervisors to work out short falls that operators had and taking the time to work with employees to become competent no matter how long it took and if one way of training didn't work then i would come up with other ways of training workers to become verified and competent with what they where operating.
