Through his consultancy company, Blue Gum Capital, Anthony advises clients on the structuring of complex real estate corporate and project level transactions. Anthony’s clients include:OCP Asia, an Asia-focused private credit fund manager based in Singapore and Hong Kong with over $4 billion of funds under management. Anthony sources and executes real estate private credit transactions on behalf of OCP’s funds.ESR Australia (formerly Propertylink), an ASX listed real estate fund manager specialising in core, core plus and value add industrial and office assets. Anthony is a former Independent Member of the Propertylink Australian Industrial Partnership II (PAIP II) Investment Committee and is was a Non Executive Director of ASX listed Propertylink. Prior to establishing Blue Gum Capital, Anthony spent more than a decade at JPMorgan including 8 years as JPMorgan's Head of Real Estate Investment Banking for Asia (a division he founded) with his final 2 years including the additional role of Joint Head of Real Estate Investment Banking for Australia. As a Managing Director of JPMorgan Anthony conceived and successfully completed a broad range of transactions including 14 Asian IPOs, private equity/pre IPO financings, M&A/Advisory, bond offerings and project level investments including debt, mezzanine and equity investments.
