I have over twenty-five years’ experience in the aerospace defense, high-tech industry in the areas of vehicle integration, defense systems, safety devices, energetic material applications and automated material handling. My roles include program and project management, financial analysis, technical management, product and new business development, system integration, production transition, and fielding and test. I enjoy managing complex challenging projects with aggressive technical, cost and schedule goals, improving processes and productivity, formulating strategic and risk management plans, and building and leading teams through mentoring and strong leadership.
