A 12-month program designed to learn more about Apple's leadership values, competencies, and premise. The program provides instructor lead and experiential training. During the program, I backfilled for more than a dozen team managers. During these backfills I took over the majority of the leader's duties including but not limited to; call evaluations, coaching, leading team meetings, attending org leadership staff meetings, and creating events within the team to drive teamwork, innovation, and results.
