I also contributed to install and commission dairy plants.My achievements:- Managed to install and commission soft gelatin manufacturing plant and dairy plants.- Managed to improve the efficiency of dairy packaging plant by introducing automated case packing and palletising machines. I worked closely with engineering manager and production operators to listen and take action to improve production's efficiency.I successfully improved and increased the capability of current PET capping machine by 40% by designing a new capping mechanism and custom built a mounting frame for off the shelf air cylinder piston.

Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia is a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company based in Jakarta's Soekarno Hatta International Airport. GMF AeroAsia is the biggest company of its kind in the country. My role as a Research and Development Engineer encompassed a diverse range of responsibilities including:• Titanium-spring Research. I completed a general research on titanium spring, which includes its alloying material and other mechanical properties.• Failure Mode Research. I extensively researched different type of failure modes and failure mechanisms. This research was used to prepare failure analysis on a failed elevator tab spring mechanism. • Laboratory Experiments. Identifying the crack propagation and the alloy materials through XRF, metallography and fractography.• Translator. Acting as a document translator from Bahasa Indonesia to English and vice versa.• Sharing Session Participant. Actively participated on knowledge sharing session which usually is held once a week. I also presented my failure analysis project in front of a large number of participants.
