I worked at Ernst and Young as an Account Support Associate, where I drove project management and engagement coordination for EY’s key account client-serving teams, working directly with high level client-serving professionals. At EY, I trained a document intelligence machine learning model to capture information from K1 forms submitted by EY clients to be stored in a database in order to make the processing of these documents faster, more accurate, and more cost effective. I also collaborated with other EY employees to design the layout of a technology hub that aims to speed up the process at which non-EY approved technologies are approved for use in EY projects.I am a recent graduate from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Energy Systems. At Rutgers University, I participated in several research projects. I determined the relationship between the relative distribution of aluminum and transition metals in a NCA cathode and its high voltage stability. These findings are useful for improving the efficiency of lithium-ion batteries. Another research project that I worked on involved, running and analyzing differential scanning calorimeter experiments to determine the specific heat and Avrami exponent of a graphite and PEEK polymer blend. The experiment to determine the specific heat was self-designed. Finally, I used MATLAB with YALMIP to develop a GEP optimization model to determine the optimal distribution of power grid resources within Northeastern USA, including solar energy, wind energy, nuclear energy, natural gas, hydropower, and biomass.My interests lie in technological advances of renewable energy sources and I am very passionate about preserving natural resources and ecosystems. I am currently seeking an engineering position involving the research, development, processing, and testing of materials for energy storage devices. I would also be interested in a position in the areas of energy policy and building energy analysis.
