• To define the end to end service models deployed in support of the service portfolio.

• Responsible for interpreting business requirements and technical solution designs into operational requirements and considering their impact on services.
• Responsible for Operational Service Design on assigned projects to ensure that new and changed services can be operated, supported and maintained.
• Work with COO and the business to provide the operational elements for RFP’s, bids and estimates etc.
• To line manage the Operational Design & Test team and oversee their associated projects and responsibilities.
