Current• To define the end to end service models deployed in support of the service portfolio.• Ensuring the continuing integrity of support models.• Provide support to service transition in the successful implementation of new, changed or future products and services to live production. • To support service operations and the business in the development of new products and services in the UK and internationally.• To provide Service Management consultancy on behalf of service operations and the business in the UK and internationally .• To provide technical authority and governance of operational aspects across the lifetime of projects.
