  As the General Manager I provide technical and managerial support that assures the NIPSCO generating facilities are utilized and operated in a manner which ensures the safety of personnel, the compliance with all environmental and other applicable rules and regulations, the reliability of the equipment, and maximizes revenue generating (margin) potential. Operational support assures that all plant management personnel have the necessary data, tools, and training required for them to be productive and reach their full potential in support of stated business goals and objectives. Provide oversight/ monitor O&M and Capital projects expenditures, maintain fleet “health reports” focusing on operational risk assessment and mitigation, and develop plans for heat rate and other operational improvements. .
