As a part of Corporate Project Services (CPS), I provide 2D AutoCAD drawings to the Wenger Manufacturing sales team. The drawings consist of general dimension drawings, sample flow diagrams, and sample layouts of quoted Wenger extrusion equipment. These drawings are used as tools for the sales team when meeting with clients.

KSi Conveyors produces automation control panels to operate the seed treating equipment provided to customers. My responsibility was to supervise the panel checkout process. This consisted of programming PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, scale indicators, etc. as well as running simulated jobs to ensure the panel would operate correctly once on site with the end user. I also helped provide time sensitive technical phone support for customers using their systems.

Utilizing promis.e electrical drafting software, I created the electrical schematics for KSi Conveyors' control panels. I was also responsible for the automation quotes for new sites as well as upgrades/addons to existing sites for KSi's automated seed treating systems. I also managed the processes for new automation sites which entails assigning project numbers, ordering parts for the control panels, and assigning target dates for each project.

My wife and I were teaching-parents of up to 7 teenage boys ranging from 15-18 years old. We were their parents while we stayed with them. Some of the boys had parents and contact with them. Others had parents with no contact with them.

Installed barbed wire fences and cleared trees for Nebraska Game and Parks on their Wildlife Management Areas and also for private land owners. We also sprayed for noxious weeds on the Wildlife Management Areas.
