As a Security Specialist, I served as a security specialist for seven months for U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq to ensure safety of personnel and government property. I was responsible for maintaining and safeguarding government personnel and property. My duties comprised of communicating, assisting, and coordinating up/down and across organization levels. I was entrusted in facilitating and liaising with outside agencies, such as Triple Canopy to operate and increase security of US Baghdad Embassy smoothly. Below listed were my key accomplishments: ► Conducted 1,736 hours of security for 2,000+ state personnel to continuously survey and monitor breaches and threats, resulting in unimpeded operations of embassy and no breaches during seven months. ► Prevented security violations by constantly surveying conditions and patrolling government property for potential threats, ensuring zero breaches and uninterrupted embassy operations. ► Oversaw US personnel advising and facilitated Afghan National Army, resulting in 100% safe return of personnel along with allowing Afghan National Army to pursue Taliban effectively.
