Front End Coordinator responsibilities include supervising front end area and personnel, ensuring department is operating efficiently by monitoring checkout lanes and opening additional registers as necessary; preparing schedule and assigning cashiers/baggers to their locations throughout the day; assigning nightly tasks for closing personnel throughout the department. Customer Service Office responsibilities include maintaining cash accuracy in front office register; providing money services (Western Union, Money Orders, Lottery, Refunds); tending to customer requests and resolving complaints.
