From 2" up to 36" in diameter.• Installation of secondary instrumentation such as differential pressure cells and PRTs, 4-20mA circuits incorporating ZENA barriers.• Hands on experience with CMM machines in the calibration and certification of orifice plates and many other pieces of metrology equipment.Maintenance - Electrical/Mechanical• Performed maintenance on all of the Flow Centre gas turbine meters and ultra-sonic meters including replacing bearings, oil changes, replacing sensors, PCBs and general overhauls.• Electrical modification and maintenance to the Flow Centre floodlights.• Installation of new equipment such as electrical distribution boards which then had to be electrically tested to known current/insulation standards as well as checking the trip times were within tolerance.• Performing pressure tests on the site's valves, spools and hoses using the pressure/temperature logger that I designed and created for this purpose.• Installation of 3 phase motorised ball valves.
