Primary responsibilities are to take ownership of a portfolio of MHC’s customers, commits to their success, and relentlessly work to remove barriers to adoption both within their organization and cross functionally with MHC. Ensuring the fleet's needs are met by interacting with key personnel with-in the customers organization and at the dealership level. Staying up to date with product knowledge, technology advancements, and customer truck specifications. - Develop, communicate, and improve upon standards and practices to support the Customer Experience- Responsible for calling on 10 Key Accounts in the Tennessee Region as well as maintaining an open line of communication with each customer in relation to their requirements - Providing accurate information for any parts, warranty or service issues the fleet may have in their local shops or at an over the road service facility- Manages all customers over the road down time reports to assist with expediting customer repairs, schedules preventative maintenance and manages all open customer recall's for increased customer uptime
