I am a first generation college student currently attending CSU Channel Islands as a Business Administration Major. Previously attended Chapman University, and obtained an associate degree in Business Administration from San Diego Mesa College. I have been in the position of being both a teammate and a leader. Due to this I have learned to work well with others in accomplishing the goals required of us. Also, the position of inventory control manager has granted me with the ability to better organize a team.I feel that I am able to preform well in understanding people's feelings and motivation, and due to this I have created a mindset in which I stand neutral as a mediator between people's conflicts. I believe that an important aspect of providing a great service is having a team that understands one another and works well together.
