My current position is to run all 3 shift along side another Warehouse Night Manager with over 100+ staff a night crossing from all departments and 2 warehouses. I achievement the below nightly:1. Warehouse 2 involvement.12. Correspond with other managers through the company and shifts.13. Work around and with HR and Health & Safety.14. Transfer and correspond with sovereign dispatching service.15. Handovers for every department and shifts. 16. Pushing performances with all staff on all departments.17. Ordering of stock to keep inventory up to date and correct.18. Utilising staff on the correct positions with in the warehouses.I have also created many files for tracking KPI, time keeping, FLT monitoring, I have created my own cleaning plan/rota that is currently working 100% and working around (covid-19), every detail is inputed through the shift team leaders that report directly to us. There is much more and for me these are the basics of my role and I am now looking for challenging position and role. I take full control on nights sorting through all KPI’s, performances, disciplinaries, holidays, wage enquiry’s, shift targets and any enquiries from all departments and shifts. This also includes organising the FLT department, royal mail/ups department, goods in department, dispatch and transport department, trailer unloading with a team of 4, stock ordering between 3 warehouses, full training packages for new employees, kpi checks, holidays, office duties with microsoft, daily briefs, work schedules for all shift employees, disciplinary meetings, back to work paperwork with HR, organising daily duties for team leaders, setting up performance plans with all staff, upto date fire marshal and first aid trained and FLT trained.
