Assist Supply NCO with daily activities of management of Unit Supplies and Property Book. Create hand receipts for property assigned to individuals or laterally transferred to other units. Update property book as needed to reflect items added or removed from property book. Coordinate with Battery Commander and various other officers and NCO's to facilitate property transfers and monthly accountability inventories. Identify items needed for operational and basic necessities for supplying the battery and ensuring all soldiers had the tools to do their jobs efficiently and effectively.

Respond to support requests from end users regarding computer hardware and software malfunctions, upgrades and installs. Report progress to senior technician or supervisor. provide telephone support to end users when appropriate.

Respond to work requests for software and hardware malfunctions, upgrades, installs and replacements. Assist end users via phone or in person with computer software and hardware related problems. Provide timely customer service and appropriate customer service skills to end users.

Analyze and respond to daily work load. Coordinate with service manager to respond to requests for diagnostics, upgrades, installs and replacements of computers and related peripheral equipment.
