Mr. Shortt is qualified in all aspects of being a project manager capable of initiating, working on and, completing large, small and, multi-phased environmental projects from inception to invoicing. Mr. Shortt has over 25 years of experience conducting project related services on a variety of environmental projects. Mr. Shortt is certified with the NYS Department of Labor to conduct asbestos surveys, asbestos abatement design plans and associated technical specifications, and conduct abatement project monitoring. Mr. Shortt is certified with the US EPA as a Lead Risk Assessor to conduct lead-based paint surveys, lead risk assessments, lead abatement design plans and associated technical specifications. Mr. Shortt is also well experienced in conducting radon surveys, indoor air quality reports, underground storage tank removals and closure reporting, analytical laboratory data review, and client and/or regulatory agency consultation.
