• Greet customers and act as the face of RJ Moving for each household relocation job,providing first‐line resolution for customer requests, or facilitating contact withcompany office as needed. Handle any complaints and concerns to ensure overallsatisfaction of customers.• Supervise field crew of 2 to 8 movers per household relocation job. Prioritize the orderof tasks to be performed and provide direction to crew for successful handling of clients’household property and collectibles valued at up to $5 million.• Make customers aware of additional services offered by RJ Moving when it wouldprovide added benefit to the customer.• Provide field training to new crew members to ensure excellent, efficient service andminimize damage.• Operate tractor‐trailers and straight trucks safely and professionally and perform dailypreventive maintenance on tractors, trailers, and straight trucks.

• Provide excellent customer service by establishing relationships with retail storemanagers. Address any questions, concerns, or complaints and communicate those backto district supervisor or sales representative.• Collect cash and check payments of up to $1,000 per location for delivered products,reconcile collected amounts with digital record in handheld device and make deposits atdistribution office.• Deliver Coca‐Cola products to retail locations in the Twin Cities Metro area includingconvenience stores, gas stations, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. Build productdisplays, stock shelves and coolers, ensure proper product rotation and presentation inretail settings.• Operate tractor‐trailers safely and professionally and perform daily preventivemaintenance on tractor‐trailers.
