Lead all of PIDC’s support functions including finance, accounting, legal, IT, risk management, human resources, loan administration and contract administration. PHILADELPHIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (PIDC) is a private, not-for-profit Pennsylvania corporation, founded in 1958 by the City of Philadelphia and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce to promote economic development throughout the city.PIDC's central strategy is to leverage financing and real estate resources to retain and to grow employment in Philadelphia. PIDC also coordinates tax incentive and work force development programs offered by the City and the Commonwealth. Clients range from the traditional base of commercial and industrial businesses to the developers of large, public purpose facilities to non-profits, in all neighborhoods of Philadelphia.

Provided leadership on a variety of complex organizational and special projects and represented the CEO on numerous organization-wide matters.

Led the Company’s finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, contract administration, investment management, human resources, risk management, IT and investor relations activities.

Established a consulting practice to assist clients in improving results of operations, deploying new products and managing risk.

From 1999 through 2002, led the Business Advisory Services practice in the Philadelphia office directed to client needs such as strategic planning, problem solving, revenue enhancement, cost control and process improvement. From 1984 through 1998, led a number of high growth audit practice lines of business, managing the overall client relationship and the technical quality of the audit, directing sales and marketing efforts and coordinating hiring and scheduling of personnel.
