This service is aimed at young people and uses gym based workouts and evidence based therapeutic strategies to support young people overcome challenges they face. We also support and connect with practitioners developing free resources and networking with them they explore a brand new way of exploring mental health. Also Experienced Social Worker who has worked in various school over the last 10 years. An accredited Strength and Conditioning coach and High level Pole Vaulter and High level Pole vault coach. All these experiences have influenced the coming together of this brand new concept called Exercise Based Therapy
