-Responsible engineer for the horizontal engine test stand used for ATP test campaigns and developmental testing of Firefly’s first stage and second stage engines-Designed high pressure and cryogenic fluid systems in Siemens NX and GFSSP to reduce hot fire recycle time and expand testing capabilities-Troubleshot fluid, electrical, and mechanical systems on the test stand ensuring that all systems are healthy and ready for test operations-Integrated new fluid and mechanical systems to the horizontal engine test stand with the assistance of technicians

- Spearheaded test and data analysis efforts on compressors for NASA research projects including a compressor for a zero-gravity vapor-compression refrigerator and a vacuum pump for oxygen extraction from lunar regolith -Designed thermal systems in SolidWorks and selected hardware for data acquisition systems to test a vapor-compression cycle in zero-gravity and characterize prototype scroll compressors- Generated LabVIEW code to collect data from sensors and control hardware on test stands- Developed code in Engineering Equation Solver and MATLAB to post-process compressor test data

-Designed a software tool within Excel Visual Basic for Application (VBA) to easily display performance data of a new payload being developed-Developed a system requirements document for the analysis tool and was able to communicate with the customer -Tested and troubleshot flight hardware within a systems integration lab by running simulations to diagnose problems

- Demonstrated to students on how to properly operate the machines- Advised students on the manufacturing techniques they should use to meet their design requirements- Maintained a clean and organized work space to ensure the safety of everyone in the shop

-Investigated strategies for measuring flame temperature and molecular species in flames using spectrally resolved, broadband infrared imaging -Conducted experiments using a spectrograph to collect infrared images from flames and a blackbody source -Processed data in MATLAB to determine emission spectra of the chemical species in the flame
