My responsibility was: ✔️ Implementing a new retail ERP, POS, Loyalty and store system for 700 Sigma Healthcare stores. ✔️ Solution - Microsoft Dynamics AX (SAAS), Microsoft Azure PAAS and IAAS, Mulesoft integration.✔️ Managing CXX level Steering Committee and managing all stakeholders.

Sussan Group is a privately owned, specialty fashion retailer with 550 stores, 4000 employees and an annual turnover of $600M across three brands (Sussan, Sportsgirl, and Suzanne Grae). ✔️ Program Manager role on Sussan Connected Retailer Transformation program.✔️ Program Manager and Application Support, managing a team of between 15 to 25 including multiple Project Managers. ✔️ Led the transformation from multiple 25-year-old, custom-developed legacy systems to a single Retail ERP, Digital, CRM, Loyalty, POS, and Stores System to support 3 retail businesses.✔️ Successfully facilitated CXX and GM level executives to adopt common business processes. ✔️ Led a team to deploy the new Loyalty, POS and Digital Store Systems to 510 stores and train 4000 employees.✔️ Led a team to integrate three Digital B2C ecommerce solutions into the ERP, Store Systems, Loyalty Solutions.

Myer Merchandising Transformation "MyMerch" ERP Project (2003 – 2007).✔️ A senior IT leader in delivering a $92 million solution based on Oracle Retail (Retek RMS) to support the Myer merchandising head office (350 staff) and 3000 store staff to deliver at least $42 million in benefits per annum. ✔️ I initiated the project and was there until the project was successfully delivered. ✔️ I managed the Software (Oracle, SAP) and System Integrator (Accenture, IBM) selection processes.✔️ During the delivery of this three year transformation I had three key roles - manage the solution design, manage the PMO and manage the business go live team (20 people).
