We provide operational support in sales and client management processes by connecting people, data and insights to inform decision making and drive value. We deliver efficiencies through centralised toolkits, structured research, and intuitive dashboards. We create and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations which help colleagues understand client dynamics and drive best practice through the organization.

• Salesforce ADM 201 Certified• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)• Work with business partners to realize full capabilities of Salesforce.com/Oracle CRM to meet business requirements and implement efficient workflows• Participates in the development and document of functional, technical requirements as well design reviews• Responsible for creating standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards• Facilitate continued enhancements of Salesforce.com, aligning with business processes and business reporting requirements• Create and manage work flows, approval processes, and campaigns within Salesforce.com• Create and administer profiles, permission sets, users, groups• Responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing go-live activities with IT and business units• Develop and deliver innovative solutions while utilizing best practices and governance• Manage database of records, implemented on the Salesforce.com/Oracle platform• Train new and existing users on how to use database applications• Regularly perform database de-duping and clean-up procedures

• Field and respond to requests for commercial insight/intelligence• Collect data to support account managers• Research clients / competitors / markets / products to find useful insights• Manage large quantities of data across multiple platforms, combining information for business users• Support flagship sales and client projects and initiatives• Maintain commercial information tools and build work flow processes• Support the wider Commercial Ops team in the undertaking of:• Bid management / Lead management / prospecting• Commercial systems support• Marketing and events
