Responsibilities included overseeing repairs-compared line items with given budget from Client, scheduled repairs for multiple parties using data entry into multiple applications including: GRC Repair App, Pyramid Platform, REO Connex, SQL Report Manager and Excel Spreadsheets.-Demonstrated strong organizational and analytical skills through recording Listing Agent follow up emails, IAO bids, and comparing repair budget data within tight time constraints. -Processed direct payment vendor requests for the entire repair team (processing 40 files at any given time- collectively set a team record at GRC for monthly Repair DVPR’s processed- saving GRC $4,000). Continuously met repair goal at end of the month.-Emerged daily SQL software to conduct efficient data entry to generate reports for repairs in progress, V-look ups in Excel, report completed capital and bid allocations- reducing processing time by two-thirds.
