• Performs and completes preventative maintenance and independently trouble troubleshoots and repairs kiosks onsite and remotely• Monitors daily kiosk performance reports• Manages and maintains all kiosk parts, repair tools, merchandising product, and equipment• Provides quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with coworkers, external customers, external contractors, and store owners/managers• Works as a contractor to troubleshoot and repair EcoATM, KeyMe, Amazon Lockers, Charge It Spot kiosks onsite• Performs specialized projects as assigned

• Keeps daily record of product distributed and removed from each kiosk• Provides quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with coworkers, external customers, external contractors, and store owners/managers• Communicates status of kiosks and customers’ accounts to Regional Operations Supervisor• Keeps kiosks cleaned and maintained in proper working order

• Hold tryouts, scrutinize the game of each player and select the best players for the team• Train the players on the tactics and techniques of playing the game competently• Instruct players on rules and regulations of the game• Ensure disciplined behavior of the players on and off the ice• Plan strategies and game plans for the players• Maintain schedule of upcoming games and practices throughout the season• Motivates the players to enhance their performance standards• Work with captains as well as alumni to advance their leadership skills to become mentors• Recruit incoming Freshman and travel players to play for the high school
