Each morning, Anthony Sole gazes at the mountain views from his Silverthorne, Colorado home and feels grateful to live and work here. A Broker Associate based in Summit County, Anthony helps his clients attain that same feeling of contentedness as he guides them through their real estate journeys. With a background in mechanical engineering, Anthony is an intellectual who devours books on finance, entrepreneurship and investing, and has earned the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification. Gratitude is a theme in his life, and it’s rare to catch him without a smile on his face. Originally from New York, Anthony grew up as one of four sons working in his family’s plumbing and HVAC business—an experience that helped him develop a strong work ethic, sharp problem-solving skills, and an ease with people. “Providing great customer service is of the utmost importance in that industry, and it translates nicely to real estate as well.” When he and his girlfriend decided to move West to San Diego, they never made it past Peak 1 viewing area off of the I-70 corridor in Frisco. He worked in the hospitality sector for Vail Resorts before earning his real estate license in 2018 and starting to accumulate his own rental properties in the area. With his outgoing and positive personality, Anthony is known as an ardent conversationalist who keeps his contracts clean and straightforward, and is an excellent negotiator. He credits his mother for teaching him about the financial industry and his father for his honest, hardworking values. Anthony is most proud of the reputation he’s cultivated over the years as a trusted real estate advisor and appreciates the connections and relationships formed while working with clients. A mindset of growth and open-mindedness permeates all aspects of his life—a strategy that allows him to learn from each experience and person he meets. But it’s not all work for Anthony. A self-described “adrenaline junkie,” he loves to have fun on the mountain too, whether it’s skiing 50-plus days each year, mountain biking, off-roading, or hiking with his dog—a small Great Pyrenees mix named Summit. He also enjoys more relaxing pursuits, such as fly fishing and gem hunting.
