Over twenty five years experience in practical & technical know-how needed for industrial hygiene, environmental/safety engineering, geologic oversight & due diligence assessment/investigatory/remedial design work. Specialize in Industrial hygiene worker exposure monitoring of contaminants and worker safety where ZERO incidents is our only goal. Towards that goal, and in the direction of environmental hazard awareness our construction project leaders are provided with tools to keep workers protected from possible environmental dangers such as asbestos, silica, lead, vocs svocs, heavy metals, dust, mold, viral etc. during their work activities.Random construction environmental/EHS incidents can cause unwanted schedule delays, violations and in more serious cases - injuries or hazard exposures. Before the shovel hits the ground we make sure projects have undergone proper soil & environmental classifications during the assesment and investigation design phase. Unaccounted for soil conditions and spills during earthwork operations can lead to site contamination which may involve local state and federal agencies. Many of these incidents can be avoided by pre-emptive project audits and ensuring the remedial action plan and environmental specification documents are abided by, by all parties. Solid experience working with most city and state agencies as well as private clientele representing them as a fiduciary and reporting as their eyes and ears for their projects.
