Act as the client for accommodation and building projects. Drive improvement and efficiencies in the management of small plant, equipment & materials. Undertake safety tours and staff surveillance. Manage Logistics Budget.

• Lead and manage European Linehaul operation for TJX to ensure the successful delivery of Customer KPIs • Drive the change agenda, deliver innovation & delight the customer with tailor-made solution• Management European Linehaul Planning team to ensure production of the most efficient and cost effective collection and deliveries schedules for EU Linehaul & store delivery operations for other DHL EU contracts. • Develop and Maintain relationships with in-country DSC warehouse and transport partners • Proactively plan future transport and storage strategy based on customer forecast and business intelligence • Coordinate and manage communication flow between account team, planners, carriers and EU partners• Manage and maintain EU carrier and service provider relationships in terms of rates and service delivery to agreed SLA.• Efficient and cost effective collection and delivery plans within Europe are created, delivered, tracked and measured • Subcontractor operational management and performance compliance • In country partners relationship management and SLAs compliance • Succession Planning for EU Linehaul team • Carrier Management - Procurement of optimum lane rates

- Managing the 3PL daily operations of our 20 Multi Modal Accounts. - General day to day workload include strategic planning and development of accounts, management and control debt, supplier query management, KPI management, lead quarterly supplier KPI meetings- Annual / monthly budgeting, rate negotiating with Domestic and European 3rd Party suppliers, PO management, supplier management, process improvement - Budget management, annual and monthly forecasts, controlling the P&L, ad-Hoc customer requests.
