• Responsible for the installation of computer systems, operating systems and upgrades, printers, modems, terminals and LANs as well as be the one who handles escalated support calls for our widely installed customer.
• A given call can range in severity from a loose cable or power cord on a terminal to a software flaw that is compromising data, inquiry or report integrity to an operating system flaw causing system downtime to an all.
• We isolate what the problem is, escalate the call (if it is warranted), get the right people involved and rectify the situation as soon as possible.
• Additional responsibilities include training, maintaining and enhancing the base package as well as support in-house personnel with programming problems and maintain on-site software & hardware.
